As a qualified and experienced MumSafe™ Trainer and a Pregnancy and Postnatal Corrective Exercises Specialist, I help women safely return to the exercise or movement that they love, guiding them in restrengthening their body from the inside out so they can start to feel more like themselves again. At Strong Mums we train hard and we get results but we get there by prioritising strong foundations, like breathing, posture, core stability and pelvic floor functioning.
My mission is to help women prioritise their fitness and their physical and mental health through expert coaching and a supportive, motivating community.

Offering group classes as well as 1:1 PT and nutrition coaching from qualified women’s health trainer helps you gain control over your eating and training needs. Both of our studio’s are all about moving your body from a place of love, to enjoy the mobility, flexibility, the strength and the burn. We have a focus on being Mindful during class, to show up and be fully present, to give your (incredible) body the attention it deserves. All whilst having a laugh… life is too serious otherwise! Pilates Cartel
A safe, body neutral space – open to all people regardless of gender, fitness levels, size, what you’re wearing or anything else that you may see as a barrier to exercise or have been taught to think in the past. Instructors have completed pre and post partum training and work closely with Laura from PhysioFemina.

Alison Taylor - VHAB
V-HAB is a postnatal rehabilitation program led by Alison Taylor, an accredited Exercise Physiologist with over 10 years of experience in pre- and postnatal care. Alison has supported more than 1,000 mums in rebuilding their pelvic floor and core, restoring strength, and returning to exercise safely after birth.
V-HAB offers in-person group classes on the Central Coast, as well as a flexible, self-paced online course at a very affordable price.
