Zoe and Samantha are acupuncturist and Chinese herbalist on the Central Coast who work with women through all stages of life, supporting them with a range of concerns. At Coastal Wellness Cottage we support women start their family all the way through the pregnancy and into the sacred postpartum, looking at your health as one and working from here to bring about balance within the body once again. Acupuncture can help with managing pregnancy symptoms such as nausea, reflux, headaches, constipation, anxiety and pain, support naturally inducing labour and nourish your body into the postpartum.
Coastal Wellness Cottage
Here at the Coastal Wellness Cottage, we are a passionate and dedicated team of holistic health and wellness practitioners with a mission to empower women and share our knowledge. Our services at Coastal Wellness include: acupuncture and traditional Chinese medicine, massage therapy, counselling, womb and fertility massage, and IV vitamin infusions. We are here to support you through all walks of life and here guide you towards better health and wellbeing.
The Wonders Within I am a registered midwife, Calmbirth® educator, baby massage facilitator and mother of three. My courses recognises each parents beliefs, fears, intentions and dreams for birth and parenthood. They are not a prescription for a particular kind of birth or to parent in a one-size-fits-all way. Instead, they are an opportunity to deepen your understanding, become aware of different options, and support you in trusting your sense of knowing. Happy to work with pelvic health physiotherapists.
NurtureMe At NurtureMe, we see YOU, the mother. It’s our absolute passion to see mums thriving in every stage of motherhood, so they feel empowered to love, care for and nurture their baby. Often the focus is on the baby and mothers are forgotten. At NurtureMe we believe that if the mother is, confident, supported and feels connected and nurtured, then the baby will be just fine.
