Kate Landete Counselling

Kate Landete Counselling offers professional, trauma-informed support for adults navigating anxiety, depression, burnout, chronic pain, trauma, and life transitions. Kate is a qualified clinical counsellor and EMDR practitioner who creates a safe, supportive space for clients to feel seen, understood, and empowered.
 

Her sessions are individually tailored and may include practical tools, emotional support, and strategies to build resilience, manage stress, and process complex experiences.
 

Kate works with both men and women, including those facing postnatal challenges or chronic conditions. Counselling is available in-person or via telehealth, with short-term or longer-term options, including EMDR therapy.

Evolve Mental Health
Ashleigh’s clinical background has primarily been working with families who experience Domestic and Family Violence, trauma, challenging behaviours with youth and navigating neurodiversity. Ashleigh works from a strengths based, trauma informed, relational lens. Your story matters and has impact on how you show up for yourself and others in the here and now. Ashleigh also offers EMDR treatment.  Happy to work closely with pelvic health physios.

April is passionate about emotional and psychological wellbeing and understands how early experiences shape us.
 

Alongside individual counselling, she offers relationship counselling, training, and consultation for educators, schools, organisations, and community groups on topics like body safety, consent, supporting survivors, burnout, and mental health.
 

Through Progressive Counselling, April provides compassionate, evidence-based support that honours each person’s story and path to healing.

Heart and Mind Collective

The Heart & Mind Collective, a private psychology and allied health practice on the Central Coast, offers comprehensive, integrative care. Their highly skilled clinicians provide assessment and treatment for a wide range of mental health and developmental concerns, including anxiety, depression, complex trauma, PTSD, Autism, ADHD, and learning differences.

 

Their authentic, collaborative, and affirmative approach ensures tailored therapeutic support for all ages—children, adolescents, adults, and families. She offers kind, supportive, and trauma-informed care, drawing on person-centred, non-directive, and sensorimotor approaches that honour the healing power of connection and meaning-making.
 

Over 20 years ago, Jacs began her own personal journey of healing and self-discovery, exploring a range of therapeutic modalities and experiences—including some mystical. She maintains a daily contemplative practice, regularly engages in psychotherapy, and proudly embraces being a therapist who values being in therapy herself.
